Makerspace Requests

Request a tour of the NJIT Makerspace, equipment training or reservation, or reserve a space/room within the NJIT Makerspace.

Note: Equipment and space requests are solely for NJIT students, staff, and faculty.

Makerspace Space Reservation Policy

The Makerspace training room and workspaces are reserved primarily for individuals and groups who require access to Makerspace equipment, tools, or specialized support from Makerspace staff.

Reservations are intended for activities that involve hands-on use of Makerspace resources, including training sessions, project work, prototyping, fabrication, or consultations requiring Makerspace expertise. Requests for meetings, classes, or events that do not utilize Makerspace equipment or staff assistance may be declined or referred to a more appropriate campus venue.

The Makerspace reserves the right to review all reservation requests and determine whether the requested use aligns with the mission and intended purpose of the space.
